Windsor has no shortage of shawarma. Ours starts the night before: chicken and beef marinated overnight, then carved from the spit in the 7Spices Kitchen — the same grill Windsor already knew before the café wrapped around it.
The house baharat blend warms the rice and marks the bowls people reorder. Garlic dip is scratch-made every morning. Pita comes out warm enough to fold.
