Roles we hire for
Server
Front of house across the café, dining room, and lounge. Arabic or French is a bonus, never a requirement.
Barista
Espresso, Lebanese-Turkish coffee, and the specialty drinks that keep the late crowd here.
Lounge Attendant
Non-tobacco shisha service, table resets, and keeping the room feeling looked after.
