Questions about the menu
Do you list allergens for each dish?
Not per dish, because we will not print something we cannot stand behind. What we can tell you plainly: sesame comes up constantly in the form of tahini, wheat is in the pita and the pies, dairy is in the cheese mana'iesh and the poutine, and one fryer does the falafel, the fries, and the kibbe. Nothing here is certified free of an allergen. Call us at (519) 977-5977 or tell your server before you order and we will go through the recipe with you.
Which dishes are vegan?
Falafel in every form — wrap, bowl, platter, stuffed pita loaf, or on its own — plus hummus, tabouli, fattoush, mujadara (lentil rice), lentil soup, grape leaves, roasted potatoes, and za'atar mana'iesh. Our house garlic dip is vegan and egg-free too, which surprises most people. Use the Vegan filter at the top of this page to see only those rows.
Can I swap the meat for falafel?
Yes. Falafel is a listed choice in the rice bowls, hummus bowls, grill bowls, main platters, and the stuffed pita loaf, at the same or a lower price than the meat versions.
How spicy is the food?
Mild by default — the seven-spice blend is aromatic rather than hot, so the heat is up to you. Ask for it spicy when you order and the kitchen will build it that way.
How do I turn a wrap into a full meal?
Add $6 to any pita wrap and you get a side — fries, hummus, fattoush, or roasted potatoes — plus a pop. For a bigger table, The BIG Meal is four wraps and a large fries for $40.
Are the prices on this page current?
These are the prices from our Q1 2026 menu and they are what we charge today, but they are subject to change and sales tax is added at the till. Delivery apps price separately and higher — ordering direct or in person is always the better price.
What should I order the first time?
The Viral Crispy Shawarma at $9 is the thing we make more of than anything else, and it is what we would hand you first — chicken, pickles, fries, and garlic sauce, pressed on the grill. Beyond that, the 7Spices Signatures are the kitchen's canon: the chicken shawarma wrap, shish tawouk, shish kafta, the 7Spices rice bowl, falafel, hummus, and mana'iesh.
Allergies? What we list is the standard recipe. Sesame (tahini), wheat (pita and pies), and dairy are in daily use and the fryer is shared, so we cannot call any dish free of an allergen — tell us before you order and we will walk you through exactly what goes in it.
