Shawarma from the 7Spices spit
Windsor has no shortage of shawarma. Ours starts the night before: chicken and beef marinated overnight, then carved from the spit in the 7Spices Kitchen.
The wrap the line makes most is the Viral Crispy: chicken, pickles, fries, and that morning garlic dip, pressed until the pita crackles. It is $10.
The garlic dip on the crispy wrap
Garlic dip is scratch-made every morning. That is why the same wrap tastes like this kitchen.
The kitchen makes more Viral Crispy Shawarma than anything else on the menu. It is $10. The fries are not a side you add — they are already in the roll.
The spit starts the night before
Chicken and beef go on after an overnight marinade. The house baharat blend warms the rice and marks the bowls people reorder — aromatic spices, not chili heat. Pita comes out warm enough to fold.
Three formats, one spit
Wraps, bowls over rice, and platters with pickles and turnips. Catering trays carry the same shawarma for pickup at Wyandotte East.
First time, or feeding one: start with the Viral Crispy. A table that wants rice: the mix shawarma bowl.
